    5 cups broccoli in pieces
    1.5 cups baby carrots
    .75 cup snow peas
    1 cup spinach
    .75 cup onion
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tsp ginger
    3 tsp garlic
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    2 tbsp water
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 tsp hot mustard
    1 tsp ginger spread
    1 tsp crushed hot red peppers


Saute garlic and ginger root in wok w/2 tbsp of the oil. Add veggies except onions. Let cook a few minutes. Sprinkle with cornstarch. Add soy sauce, water, crushed red pepper, onion and remaining oil. Stil in the hot mustard and ginger spread last.

Great in a bowl (no rice needed).
