Introduction

This is my own recipe made with cooked bulgar to add bulk and fiber. This is my own recipe made with cooked bulgar to add bulk and fiber.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2/3 cup WW LF Mozerella cheese
    1 cup cooked bulgar
    1- 1lb chub HEB Super Lean Ground beef
    1 cup Hunt's Italian Tomato Sauce
    1/4 cup Onion chopped
    1/4 cup Bell Pepper chopped
    Italian Seasoning, Garlic, Salt and Pepper to taste.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.
Mix all ingredients together, reserving 2 TBSP Cheese and 1/3 cup tomato sauce.

Spray pie plate with Pam and mold into pan. Bake for 45 min and top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake an additional 15 min.

Serve with Roasted Red Potatoes or Homemade Mashed Potatoes.

Makes 6 nice sized servings. (WW=3pts each)
