    4 large potatoes, peeled, cubed
    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 cups 2% milk
    1 tsp dried parsley
    Dash or two of cayenne pepper
    Dash of garlic powder
    Salt to taste


Place potatoes, onion, parsley, and seasonings into medium stock pot with enough water to cover an inch above mixture. Boil just until potatoes are fork tender. Gently mash potatos with a potato masher, leaving mixture a little lumpy.

As potatoes boil, use a whisk to blend soup and milk together. (You can toss it in the blender for a faster job.)

Add soup/milk mixture to the potatoes and blend well. Enjoy!!

Yields 16 one-cup servings.
