Number of Servings: 12


    1 1/2 C Plain Fat Free Yogurt
    1/2 Cup seeded and peeled cucumbers
    1 (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix (dry mix)
    2 Avocodos
    1 tablesppon lime juice
    1 lb deveined and peeled shrimp
    2 tomatoes
    1 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Red Onion
    1/2 C fresh chopped cilantro


1.If you want heated wraps, heat over to 375F.

2.In medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber and 2 T of the taco seasoning mix; mix well.

3.In small bowl, combine avocados and lime juice; toss to coat. Set aside.

4.In another medium bowl, combine shrimp and remaining taco seasoning mix; toss to coat.

5.Heat your wraps if you want them warm in your 375F oven.
6.Meanwhile, Steam your seasoned shrimp

7. Spoon shrimp into warm taco shells or wraps. Top each with yogurt mixture, avocados, tomatoes, red peppers, red onion and cilantro.
