    Canned Chicken, 1 can (5 oz)
    White Rice, long grain, 1.5 cup cooked
    Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Thai Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, canned, .10 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp


1. pour olive oil into skillet over med heat
2. add chili paste
3. add mushrooms
4. add chicken and sprinkle with garlic and ginger
5. stir frequently
6. add teriyaki sauce and soy sauce
7. turn heat to medium high and add cold cooked rice
8. serve with a side of green peas
