    1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chix breast
    1 med. yellow onion
    1 red bell pepper
    1/4 - 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 T. cornstarch


Drizzle oil in bottom of micro safe baker. Chunk onion and peppers and place in baker. Lay chix breasts on top and season with salt, pepper, and asian seasoning. Cover and micro for 12 - 14 minutes or until chix is done. Drain and chop all contents.

Meanwhile, combine teriyaki sauce and cornstarch with whisk until well blended. Pour into baker, stir and heat for another 2 minutes.

Serve with provolone cheese in pitas if desired; however is not calculated into this recipe.
