    4 chicken breasts
    1 cup salsa
    1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    1/2 package taco seasoning
    2 cups brown rice
    8 tablespoons fat free sour cream


Mix salsa, soup, and taco seasoning together. Place chicken in crock pot and pour mixture over the top.

Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 4 hours.

About 20-30 minutes before chicken is done, cook your brown rice.

When ready, place rice and chicken on plate, pour some of the salsa sauce from the crock pot over the top, then put sour cream on top.
