Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 lb. cleaned shrimp
    1 medium Green Onion (Scallion), thinly sliced
    l clove garlic ,finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. basil
    3/4 tsp parsley
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt (dash)

Directions

Place Oilve Oil in skillet. Add shrimp, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, lemon juice and salt.

Cook shrimp on one side until pink, turn and continue to cook 2 - 3 minutes. Do Not Over Cook or Shrimp will be rubbery.

Make 2 servings.
