    1 Pork roast
    2 Tbsp Sea salt
    2 tsp Liquid Smoke
    (or do either of the above to taste)


Put the roast in a crockpot, or slow-cooker with a cup of water. Put in half of the Sea Salt and Liquid Smoke. Let it cook, checking it every once in a while.
After 2 hours, put in the other half of the seasonings, and start shredding the pork in the cooker.
We cook it for 4-6 hours (depending).
Serve with rice, and a good salad.
