    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    * Zucchini, 150 grams
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 180 grams
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 dash
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, .2 tsp
    * Basil, 2 grams


Makes 4 servings. Wash and cut every vegetable, put oil in the pan, put in the onion and peppers, stir, add the other chopped vegetables, cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirr every now and then. Season in the end with salt, cayenne pepper and basil.
