    Potatoes (10 medium)
    Ham (3 cups)
    Flour (1/2 cup)
    Milk (5 cups)
    Onion (1 cup)
    Butter (1 Tbsp)
    Salt & Pepper (dash to taste)


Peel and slice potatoes and put 1/2 of them in bottom of 9X13 pan. On top of potatoes put cubed ham. On top of ham put onions cut in pieces. Peel and slice the rest of the potatoes and put on top of the onions. In pan on stove mix flour, milk, and butter to make a white sauce. Salt and pepper sauce to taste. Pour white sauce over potato/ham/onion mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
