Ingredients

30 Oreo cookies, divided
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter - Light
1 8 oz. pkg. Neufchatel Cheese
1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Light
1/3 cup sugar or Splenda
(calculated w/ regular sugar)
Directions
Place 26 cookies in food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Mix cookies w/ melted butter and form into crust in a 9 inch pie pan.
Pulse remaining cookies in food processor & set aside.
Use hand mixer to blend softened neufchatel cheese & sugar until creamy. Add cookies and cool whip and stir gently until combined.
Spoon mixture into pie crust and place in refridgerator for minimum 2 hours.
Serves 8.
