Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. of brown rice uncooked
    3 c water
    2 tbsp light butter
    2.25 oz sliced almonds
    kalamata olives
    onion
    cherry tomatoes
    dash cinnamon
    dash ginger
    garlic
    salt & pepper

Directions

Cook rice. Add almonds and other ingredients except for olives. Skewer tomatoes and onion and grill until tender.
Mix together when done and serve.
