    1/2 can Carlita Mild red Enchilada sauce
    3 frozen Chicken Breast
    Monterey Cheese, .75 cup, shredded
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .75 cup
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    flour torilla, 7
    *Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can


broil the chicken in water
while chickne is cooking mix the 1/2 can of enchilada sauce with one can of cream of chicken soup
once chicken is cooked run it under cold water to cool
shed or cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
mix the chicken with the sour cream, rotel, and montery jack cheese
fill the tortills and roll, place in a greased cake pan seam side down
sppon the enchilada sauce/cream of chicken soup mixture over the enchiladas
back at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
serve with shreded lettuce, sour creams, salsa, or shredded cheese (toppings not included in calorie content)
