    1 c wheat berries
    2 c brown rice
    4 c boiling water
    3T ground flax seed
    seasonings of choice to taste


Heat oven to 375. PLace all ingredients in a 12x9 baking dish. Mix well. Cover with 2 layers of tin foil tightly. Bake 45 minutes. Turn oven off and allow to stay in oven with door shut an additional 15 minutes.

Fluff and serve.
