Ingredients

    1 1/3 Cup Skim Milk
    1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Large Eggs
    1 Egg White
    8 oz Day old French Bread, cut into 1" cubes
    Cooking Spray
    2 Cups chopped onion
    1/4 Cup Light Apple Juice
    2 Large Links Italian Turkey Sausage
    1 Cup 2% Light Sharp Cheddar
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl wisk together the first 5 ingredients
Add bread to the egg mixture and allow to soak for 20 minutes. While the bread is soaking:

Sautee the onions in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray for 10 minutes, stiring often.
Stir in Apple Juice with onions, and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Remove the casings from the turkey sausage
Add the turkey sausage to the onion mixture, crumble the sausage and cook until the sausage is browned.
Remove from heat and allow to sit for 5 minutes
Add the cheese to the bread mixture and blend.
Add the sausage mixture to the bread/cheese mixture and blend.
Pour into a 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray and pat down gently.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving
