    1 - 19oz can red kidney beans (I rinsed them under water to clean off some of the sodium)
    1 onion
    1 stalk of celery
    1 red pepper (I used orange)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 teasp crushed oregano
    1/4 teasp chili powder


chop onion clery stalk 1 red pepper. Saute in 1 teasp olive oil with 1 crushed garlic clove for 3 minutes add entire contents of 19 oz can red kidney beans (I used a smaller can) 1/4 teasp oregano & Chili powder or to taste stir gently until hot sever over rice serves 4
