Ingredients

    4 thin cut pork chops boneless
    1 tbsp olive oil
    6 oz apple cider
    2 cup cooked spaghetti Squash
    1/2 tbsp butter

Directions

Heat at medium 1 tbsp of olive oil in a non-stick pan
Brown boneless pork chops on either side about one minute
Remove chops from pan
pour apple cider into the pan lower the heat and reduce the amount of liquid by half
whisk in 1/2 tbsp butter
return the chops and any juice from the meat to the pan and simmer in sauce for 4-5 minutes serve over or with spaghetti squash

Makes 2 servings, 2 chops and one cup squash person
