Ingredients

    1 cup dried black beans
    1/2 small onion
    1 bell pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp ground cumin
    1 cup fiber one cereal

Directions

1. Mash cooked black beans.
2. Mix in finely diced veggies.
3. Add spices and stir.
4. Crush cereal into crumbs and stir into mixture.
5. Form into 5 patties.
6. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes on each side.
