    4 chicken breast cut up
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
    1 can of corn
    1 can of chick peas
    1/2 cup salsa
    paprika to taste


I fried up the chicken first and then added everything and simmered this for approximately 20 minutes. I had sour cream, lettuce, cheese and tortillas on the table to add after. Good with Rice or other veggies!
