Ingredients

    16 ounces ground lean beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chunky salsa
    6 ounces (one 8-ounce can) white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 teaspoon chili seasoning
    6 buns

Directions

In a large skillet brown meat and onion. Add salsa, kidney beans, ketchup, and chili seasoning. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For each sandwich, spoon a full 1/3 cup mixture between a bun.
