Introduction

Chicken lasagne in a creamy white sauce. Chicken lasagne in a creamy white sauce.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 c shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
    1 c reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 c reduced fat cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c fat free milk
    1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 egg
    1 pint fat free ricotta cheese
    12 Dreamfields healthy carb Lasagna noodles
    2 c diced cooked skinless chicken breast
    1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Set aside 2/3 c of mozzerella cheese.
Combine remaining mozzerella, soup, and milk and set aside.
In another bowl, combine spinach egg, and ricotta. Mix well and combine with soup mixture and mix all together.
In bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish, spread 1/3 of soup mixture. Spread 1/3 of chicken over mixture and lay 4 lasagna noodles over mixture and repeat. Top with remaining 1/3 of mixture, chicken, noodles, and reserved 2/3 c of mozzerella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Let stand 15 min prior to serving. Makes approximately 12 3x3 in squares of lasagna.
