    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup wild-rice
    5 cloves of garlic, minced
    .5 cup dry sun-dried tomatoes
    .5 cup capers
    2 cups of water
    1/2 lemon juice
    2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


Place chicken in slow cooker. Add rice, garlic, tomatoes, and capers. Mix water , lemon juice. Pour over rice. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
