A new twist to an old favorite A new twist to an old favorite
Number of Servings: 6


    12 oz Chicken Breast, boiled and shredded
    8 0z. Ground Pork
    6 slices Kraft 2% Pepperjack cheese
    2 c. Instant Mashed Potatoes
    1 can Green Beans
    1 can Sweet Peas
    1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1.5 T. Light Butter or Margarine
    1/3 c. Chicken Broth
    Salt and Pepper or Everglades seasoning to taste


Makes 6 servings

Boil chicken breast and shread
Brown ground pork
Cook instant mashed potatoes according to directions but substitute milk and some butter (or all butter) with chicken broth
In a glass pan, layer pork and shredded chicken
Next, add green beans and peas
Top with cheddar cheese
Spread cooked mashed potatoes on top
Top mashed potatoes with pepper jack cheese
Cook on 350 until cheese has melted and bubbles slightly (approx. 30 min)
