Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef-93% lean
    dash of kosher salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 clove of garlic-chopped
    1/2 chopped raw onion
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    4 mission tortillas-medium
    shredded lettuce (about 1 cup)
    2 tbsp. sour cream
    shredded cheddar cheese (about 1/3 cup)


Directions

Brown ground beef in a pan, drain excess fat. Add salt and pepper to ground beef. In a separate pan, saute garlic and onions together for 1-2 minutes. Add sauted garlic and onions to the ground beef. Now, add to the beef mixture dried oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper and chicken broth over medium heat. Stir often.
Warm the tortillas in a skillet. Use the lettuce, sour cream, and cheese as toppings to the tacos. Enjoy! Makes 4 servings.
