Introduction

This tastes like the swirled bread, but is much better for you! This tastes like the swirled bread, but is much better for you!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/3 cup rolled oats
    1/3 cup water
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 Tbs ground flax seed
    dash salt
    1/3 cup raisins
    1 Tbs cinnamon
    1 Tbs honey

Directions

1. Combine the oats, water, milk, flax seed, raisins, and salt in a small pan. Leave to sit for 10 minutes. Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

2. Add the honey and cinnamon, cook for another 2-5 minutes, until the oats reach the desired consistency.
