Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz , thinly sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 1.5 cup
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    *Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Red pepper, 1/2 pepper, diced

Directions

Saute the onion, garlice, mushrooms and pepper until soft in olive oil. Adjust oil to your liking. Add the meat and brown. Add the sauce and potato which is very thinly sliced. Simmer until all the vegetables are soft and flavors are mixed. Add salt and pepper as needed. Good one dish meal.
