    2 golden delicious apples
    2 T. sugar
    1 1/2 t cinnamon
    1 package crescent rolls


1. heat oven to 350 degrees. can peel or not but grate apples then combine with sugar and cinnamon. leaving a little aside to be sprinkles on top.
2. flatten each crescent roll, then spoon apple mixture onto them. fold over pinch edges to make a good seal. Place on a baking a baking sheet lines with parchment paper or spray with nonstick.
3. Brush with a little water then sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top. Bake 20 minutes or what the can advises. 1 pie per serving.

  • you could probably use reduced fat cresent rolls and then make 8 for larger pockets that are still lower in fat, and maybe truvia or other stevia instead of sugar - 10/24/09
