    1/3 Cup Margarine
    1 can fat free cream of celery soup
    1 soup can of skim milk
    1.5 pounds chicken breasts
    1 cup brown rice
    1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix


Melt margarine in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Put cup of brown rice (uncooked) over the melted margarine. Mix together cream of celery soup, cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, and half a package of Lipton onion soup in saucepan and heat till smooth. Pour this mixture over rice and arrange chicken on top. Do not overlap or salt chicken. Sprinkle the other half package of Lipton soup mix over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
