    *Hodgeson Mill Whole Wheat Graham Flour, 1 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
    *Bread Flour, .67 cup
    *brown sugar light, 24 tsp
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 12 tsp
    *Food Club Old Fashioned Oats 1/2 cup dry, 1 serving
    *Dannon Light & Fit Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt, 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Walnuts, 2.5 oz (14 halves)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Mix dry ingredients together, then remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix together. Fill tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
