    Peanut Butter, smooth style, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 1 Tbsp, 8 serving (also known as .5 cup) softened
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    Baking Powder, .5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium (large works too)
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp
    Flour, white, 1.25 cup
    mini m&ms 1 quarter-holder pack, 1 serving-optional
    Cashew Halves & Pieces Lightly Salted, 4 oz-optional


Mix together in a large bowl the butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds. Add in the sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Beat until combined, scraping bowl as needed. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix in as much flour as you can with mixer, then use wooden spoon or similar device to mix in remainder. Lastly, mix in cashews and M & M's. You may need to refrigerate dough to make it easy to handle. Roll dough into 1" balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. I line my sheets with aluminum for easy clean-up. Bake in a 375* oven for about 10 minutes, or until lightly brown on bottom.

Will make 48 cookies (unless you eat some of the dough before it is cooked!)
