    1 kilo chicken wings ( skin removed if you want to reduce the fat)
    1/2 cup sel raising flour
    tsp combined chicken & garlic salt
    2 tbls mixed herbs
    1 -2 tsp pepper ( cayeen , white , black lemon)
    1 tsp garlic, ginger ,lemon
    spray oil


pre heat oven 220c
line 2 trays with baking pawder
place all ingredience (not chicken) in plastic bag ,
shake to mix
Coat chicken wings with spray oil
add wing 2-3 at a time to bag , shake to coat and place in trays
repeat till all coated
spray with oil
place in oven 25-30 mins

  • There are some errors in this recipe and I would really like to try it. It says baking pawder, if it baking powder? Is it self rising flour? Could you be more specific on the spices and how much of each. Thanks quinterod
