Number of Servings: 4


    4 cups fresh broccoli florettes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    4 tsp hot chopped red peppers ~ more or less to taste (available in the ethnic section of most grocery stores)


Blanch broccoli in boiling water. Drain and pat dry. Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add chopped red pepper to pan. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add broccoli to pan. Stir to coat well with oil and peppes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Makes 4 1-cup servings.

*Adjust hot chopped peppers to taste. Dry crushed red pepper flakes may be substituted if you can't find the chopped version*
