Introduction
This is a super-sized slaw for a super-sized family or barbecue. The best thing about it is that you can easily manipulate the size and the flavors! Ingredients

1 med. head cabbage, shredded
2 med./lg. apples, chopped fine
2 med. carrots, grated
2 lg. stalks celery, sliced thin
2 scallions, sliced thin
1 c. dried sweetened cranberries
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. sunflower kernels
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
Directions
1) Chop, dice, and shred your veggies and fruit and place in the largest bowl you have! 6 qt. or better is ideal.
2) Measure in your nuts, dried fruit, and Miracle Whip.
3) You may start your mixing with a large spoon, but it will eventually be a hands-on job. Make sure to wash up, because using your hands is the best way to toss this salad.
4) Serve or cover & refrigerate.
Yield: approx. 15-20 1c. servings (depending on the yield from your produce).
