Ingredients

    2 can kidney beans
    8 cups water (more if needed)
    8 beef bouillon cubes
    2 carrots, chopped
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 large potato peeled and chopped
    1 sweet potato peeled and chopped
    4 stalks celery chopped
    1 orange bell pepper, chopped
    1 tbsp. dried basil
    2 tbsp dried parsley
    2 tbsp dried oregano
    1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions

Place all ingredients in large pot, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft and tender.
