    1 cup canned chickpeas
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp sesame seeds (or tahini)
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp olive oil


Whiz it all up in the blender and dip veggies or pita wedges into it. YUM! If mixture is too thick just a bit more oil
