    1 lb of Veal Scallopine, should be about 8 pieces
    6 oz of Fat Free Cream Cheese
    4 Slices of bacon
    1 TBL Rosemary
    1 6oz can of tomato paste
    3 Cloves of Garlic, pressed
    1/4 Fresh Chopped Basil
    1 1/2 Cup of water
    1/2 Cup of Egg Beaters
    1 Cup of Cornmeal


Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
1. Place tomato paste, garlic and water in small sauce pot, stir to get paste and water combined, and turn on medium low.
2. Take cream cheese and rosemary and mix in small bowl until combined
3. Seperate veal, pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Flip over and spread cream cheese mixture even on all pieces. Roll, and insert toothpick to hold it together, dip in egg white, and then in cormeal.
4. Spray Pam on clear baking dish and place rolls on pan. Place pan in oven and bake for 15 minutes
5.When veal has been cooking for 10 minutes go to tomato sauce and add basil and continue to cook on medium for remaining 5 minutes, then turn off.
6. When veal rolls are cooked let sit 5 minutes, and serve with tomato sauce
