Ingredients



    * Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s)
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 30 large
    * Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz)
    * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced

Directions

Let simmer for awhile. It has NO boullion, so virtually no sodium. It'll also have virtually NO taste if you do not let it sit for AWHILE. My mom had it cooked and then let it simmer another 45 minutes or so before serving.
