    3 or 4 big potatoes baking or red as you like
    1/2 c evaporated milk
    2 or 3 tbsp of butter (u can use lower calorie butter or i can't believe it is not butter or don't add any) Recipe was calculated with 3 tbsp of country crock light
    Salt and pepper


1. Peel potatoes and cut it in cubes about an inche big.
2. Boil them till soft
3. Drain them completely and put them in a plastic bowl
4. Add reamining ingredientes slowly while mixing with electric mixer till you get the level of whipping you like
5. Serve immediately.
