Ingredients

    1 Onion - diced
    1Tblsp Olive Oil
    1 Large Stalk Celery - chopped
    1 Large Carrot - chopped
    1 Large Can of Whole Plum Tomatoes
    2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
    1 Large Can of Vegetarian Baked Beans
    1 Package Club House Chili Seasoning

Directions

Makes 8 1-cup servings

Saute onions in olive oil until translucent then add ground turkey and brown until cooked through. Add chopped celery, carrots and mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and baked beans and chili seasoning. Stir and let simmer for 1 hour on med low heat.
