    Very Good
this recipe was really good, i tweeked it a little. instead of broiling i baked the pork chops in aluminum foil at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour. served with seasoned sliced red potatoes (baked) and some steamed vegetables. Still low in calories and fat. - 1/16/12
