Number of Servings: 6


    20 oz. lean ground beef
    1 1lb. can tomatoes
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. kidney beans
    3 T. flour
    2 T. dried onion flakes
    1 1/2 t. chili powder
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. ground cumin
    1/8 t. crushed red pepper flakes (opt.)
    1/2 t. dried garlic flakes
    1/2 t. sugar


In good size pot, brown beef. Add everything else. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat , cover and let simmer for 10 min.
