    13 Hard boiled eggs
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup mustard
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    Paprika (if desired)


Cut boiled eggs in half and put the yolk part into a bowl while setting each egg white onto a serving plate.

After all the egg yolks are in the bowl, mash them with a fork. Then add all of the other ingredients and mix well.

Scoop a spoonful of egg/mayo/mustard mixture on to each egg white half.

Sprinkle with Paprika if desired.
