    *Macaroni, enriched, 6 cup elbow shaped
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded
    Monterey Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1 cup
    *Onion powder, 3 tbsp
    *Garlic Salt (McCormick), 0.5 tsp
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 6 large, beaten
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Margarine, hard, 1 stick , cubed


Cook macaroni noodles in boiling water just until tender. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss with the cooked noodles until mixed well. Place in an retangular baking dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
