    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in cubes
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    3 oz. Ancient Harvest Quinoa Veggie Curls


Cook quinoa according to package directions. In a large frying pan heat olive oil, add chicken, and cook thoroughly. Add celery and garlic to chicken, and cook until celery is tender. Remove from heat and add parmesan cheese and veggie curls.
