Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 lb. ground beef lean or use all turkey
    1 can stewed tomatoes 14 oz size
    2 can tomato sauce 14 oz size
    1 can kidney beans 14 oz size
    1 can pinto beans 14 0z size
    1/4 cup celery chopped
    1 cup onion chopped
    4 tablespoons chili powder
    2 1/2 tsp ground coriander
    2 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
    chicken broth to thin.

Directions

Makes at least 12 cup or more of chili
Brown the ground turkey, beef along with celery and onions, stir in spices and let brown with meat then add all the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on stove for at least 1 hour or more to thick and marry flavors. I like to add a can of black beans to this as well as I like more beans. This is a wonderful chili.
