    93% Lean Ground Turkey
    Herbs to taste (recommend sage, thyme, salt and pepper)
    2 slices of toasted bread made into crumbs (recommend rye or wheat)
    Splash of Tabasco sauce to taste
    6 large eggs


Hard boil eggs
While the eggs are boiling, mix remaining ingredients
Peel eggs, and wrap in meat mixture until it looks like a meatball
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
Cool - when ready to serve, zap in the microwave for 30 minutes.
