Introduction

Relatively healthy version of a classic lunch sandwich. Relatively healthy version of a classic lunch sandwich.

Ingredients

    1 can of light tuna in water
    4 baby carrots, minced
    2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp light mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    1 tsp dried dill (or 1 Tbsp fresh)
    black pepper to taste
    4 slices whole wheat bread (toast if desired)

Directions

After draining tuna (rinse to get rid of more of the salt), combine with all remaining ingredients except bread in a small bowl.

Spread over bread or toast and serve.
