Introduction

A friend provided me this quick and fast to prepare breakfast cookie - something different, but healthy for breakfast. A friend provided me this quick and fast to prepare breakfast cookie - something different, but healthy for breakfast.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 banana
    1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1 t. vanilla
    1 cup oats
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    2 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. baking soda
    1 cup raisins

Directions

12 cookies - 1 per serving

mix wet ingredients, then mix dry ingredients and combine the two. Stir raisins in last. Spray cookie sheet. Scoop 1/4 cup amounts onto cookie sheet, flatten. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and store.

    We liked this because it is soft and chewy. You can use craisens, dried blueberries whatever you have on hand instead of raisins. Another plus side to this recipe is the fact it only makes 12 servings. That is great for just the two of us. - 10/29/09
