Introduction

Tasty little cheese explosions without adding a lot of fat! Tasty little cheese explosions without adding a lot of fat!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/4 cup plain oatmeal
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
    steak seasoning
    crushed red pepper
    3 ounces goat cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl by hand except the goat cheese. Form a meatball and put a small amount of goat cheese in the center, form the meatball around the goat cheese.

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and make 15 total meatballs. Cook in the 425 degree oven approximately 20 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.

Add to tomato sauce, use in a meatball sandwich or just have plain.
